Service Philosophy

Total Systems and Communications, LLCTotal Systems and Communications prides itself on providing superior service to its customers. We know that communications are vital to businesses and that any outage could have severe impact and monetary consequences. Therefore, Total Systems and Communications philosophy has always been to employ a “triage” approach to scheduling customer service. Customers with a total loss of communications (system down) receive immediate response. Customers with a partial loss of service or problems having a material affect on their business are serviced next on a FIFO “First In-First Out” basis. Customers requiring service on a specific date – such as a move to a new location will be serviced by appointment. Adds, moves and changes are scheduled on a FIFO basis and are normally handled as soon as possible depending on technician availability - usually within 48 hours.

For those customers not on a Total Systems and Communications Priority+ Maintenance Plan, emergency service is provided 7 x 24 x 365 on a technician “as available” basis.
